Regular maintenance is one of the most cost-effective ways to maintain comfort, increase efficiency (saving you money on your utilities) and help ensure your systems are in optimal working order to promote longer equipment life. Plus, our skillfully trained service professionals will keep an eye out for potential problems before they become big ones.

Armstrong Plumbing, Air & Electric is not responsible for system capacity or maintaining design conditions under this agreement unless systems were originally specified and installed by Armstrong Plumbing, Air & Electric. All inspections and tune-ups will be scheduled during normal weekday business hours. Travel fees may apply for travel outside of Armstrong's service area. *1" or 2" basic filter is included at no extra charge; specialty filters are subject to an additional fee.
